Well, Well, WELL .
Science Is Over ; And We Can Seriously Plan Now .
:D
So People ; I Figured That If We're Ever Gonna Have a Training Session ,
It'll Be Scheduled Like A Week After Exams, Or Possibly During Marking Day .
Idk, It's Up To Chen Chen (:
Not
THAT Chen Chen .
NOT
Soh Yi CHEN, Cause Ben Calls Him Chen Chen, Too .
LOL .
Anyhoo, Back To My Point .
The Training
First, We'll Run 4 Rounds .
Then, Warm Ups As Directed By Mr Ho .
ACTIVITIESPASSINGWe'll Begin With Passing .
Due To Lack Of BALLS ( Pardon The Stress ),
We'll Have It Like 2 Teams At Once .
Meaning Is,
A Receiver ; And A Passer .
The Passer Passes/ Crosses To The Receiver At The Other End; And Vice Versa .
OBJECTIVE : We Learn Passing, Crossing And Ball Control .
DEFENDINGSplit The Team Into Groups Of 3.
Then, 1 Person Gets The Ball, While The Other 2 Try And Defend Against Him. When He Successfully Does So, He Scores Into The Net .
From This, The 2 Defenders Learn Tackling And Closing Down The Opponent.
ATTACKINGWith This, We Get 5 People .
2 Wingers, 2 Forwards, 1 Midfielder .
This Is Pretty Simple ; As All We Need Is What We Learnt From Passing .
We Get The Ball To The Right Place, Right Time, And Leave For The Finishing .
So Basically, We Use Passing.
And, Some Solo Effort .
We See The Forwards Go Solo ; And Score .
We Take Turns .
The Final Segment Is, We Do WHAT THE OTHER 10 Or 11 PLAYERS ON THE PITCH ARE DOING .
When Your Teammate Is In Possession,
. Follow And Support Him .
When YOU Are In Possession, See Where You Are .
Shoot If You Can, Or Find Open Players To Pass To .
Now, To When Your Opponents Are In Possession .
Firstly, Look At Where He Is .
Then, People Who Are Near Him, Close Him Down, And BANG!
Gun Him Down, And Get The Ball .
Simple, But You'll Need LOADS Of Practice .
And You Might Need Support .
Oh, And To Get Dribbling Skills And Fool Your Opponent, Get Kelvin, Chee Kiat And Daniel .
I Always Have a Good Laugh When Kelvin Gets Past Me (:
